Plants by Native Country

Where a plant comes from explains a lot about how to grow it: its native climate sets the light, temperature and humidity it prefers. Choose a country to see the plants native there — 214 countries have their own list.

Counts include only plants with a full care guide on PlantoScan. Native ranges come from each species' recorded natural distribution, so lists mix wild species with garden plants and houseplants.
